email now allows each user to view a calendar and set up calendar
events. Note: This calendar does not have any group functionality. It
is for individual use only.
Viewing Your Calendar
To view the Calendar, click on Calendar in the upper left corner of
the window.
To return to the Email view, click Mail in the upper left
corner, adjacent to the Calendar option.
The default calendar view shows the current month's days, with the
current week selectable by day toward the bottom of the page.
Different views include current month with the current day broken down
into 1 hr increments at the bottom of the page, current month with a
columnar view of the current week further broken down into 1 hr time
increments at the bottom of the page, and view with any month
selectable with the current month's days selectable at the bottom of
the page.
Left and Right arrows on the calendar provide navigation to the
previous/next day, week or month, depending on the current view
selected.
Creating and Deleting Calendar Events
To create a calendar event click on New Event. Some Add/Edit Event
options are not visible until you click (expand) the plus sign next to
Description, Attachment, Reminders, etc. To hide an option,
click (collapse) the minus sign next to the desired Event section.
To delete a calendar event click on the desired event. Within
Add/Edit Event select the Delete Event button located on the right
side of the screen at either the top or bottom of the page.
Other Calendar Features
Other Calendar features include a To-do option, and the
ability to Import/Export Calendar events.
Receiving Additional Help

click Help, which will open another browser window on using Help.
Click Calendar at the top of this new window to view the
additional topics.
