Test Scanning Reference Guide (pdf)

  • Scanning is done on an Opscan 6 machine.
  • We are located in Park Library 101.
  • Tests or surveys may be dropped off during Help Desk hours (as long as the Library is open).
  • Once the tests are dropped off, we will score the tests in the order received. Results will be delivered to your CMU e-mail account.
  • Scored tests can be picked up during Help Desk hours (as long as the Library is open).
  • Please remember to pick up your scantron forms within three business days. Tests left more than three days will be returned via campus mail.
